Nick Price entered commercial real estate at one of the most challenging moments in modern history — just before the 2008 financial crisis. Where others saw risk, he saw an opportunity to build something lasting. That experience forged a discipline and market instinct that has defined his practice ever since.

Nick spent his first decade specializing in industrial sales and leasing, developing deep expertise in warehouse, distribution, and flex product across Southern California. Over the past decade, his focus has shifted to NNN leased investments and value-add opportunities — helping investors acquire, reposition, and build lasting wealth through commercial real estate.

Today, Price Real Estate Investments is built on a simple but powerful philosophy: the client comes first, always. Every strategy is tailored to the individual — their goals, their timeline, and their vision for their portfolio. We don't chase transactions. We build relationships.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is proud to call San Diego home. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and their two children — son Cal and daughter Maya. When he's not working, you'll find Nick at Balboa Park, at the beach, or on the sidelines cheering on his kids at soccer.
